Privacy information

YOUR ENQUIRY.
YOUR CHOICE.

Using the enquiry form

When you select Send enquiry, your form details are submitted to Web3Forms, which processes the message and delivers it to the email address configured for DK Tours & Safaris. We use the information to respond to your enquiry and plan your programme. The website does not save submissions to its own database.

What you choose to share

The message includes the name, email address, company and trip information you enter. Please share only what is needed to discuss your programme. Avoid including passport information, payment details or sensitive medical information in the initial enquiry.

External websites

Links to our regional websites, DK Holiday Home, social platforms and WhatsApp take you to external services. Their privacy information and terms apply when you use them. Form delivery is provided by Web3Forms, whose privacy policy applies to processing through that service.

Website preferences

This website uses browser storage only to remember whether you have paused the homepage carousel. It does not use advertising trackers or an analytics service.
